In an unconventional move, Burger King is offering customers a chance to reach out directly to the company president, providing his personal phone number for direct communication.

While many companies typically gather customer feedback through surveys or email, the fast-food giant is opting for a more personal approach. They aim to gain authentic insights by allowing patrons to contact the leadership team directly with their experiences.

Customers now have the opportunity to either call or text Tom Curtis, the President of Burger King, to share their thoughts and feedback.

The company has stated that Curtis is committed to personally handling as many calls as he can each day. Every message sent by customers will be carefully reviewed and responded to, ensuring their voices are heard.

“As the home of ‘Have It Your Way,’ guests are our most important advisors,” Curtis said in a statement.

“We’re grateful that they provide the feedback that is shaping our brand today and in the future.”

Burger King shared that their guest-submitted feedback and ideas has been a part of the brand’s success, such as menu innovations — including the Million Dollar Whopper contest, modernizing the restaurant and improving operations.

The initiative won’t be a one-time thing, either. Later this year, additional members of the Burger King team, franchisees and staff will be engaging directly with patrons to listen to their feedback and look for ways to act on it.
