How to get Baras in Anime Squadron

You can earn Baras as a reward by completing the Baras Event mode in Anime Squadron. This exclusive event is accessible by interacting with the designated event NPC located at the heart of the lobby.

In the Baras Event, teams of four players must strategically place units to fend off waves of enemies targeting your base. The event comprises two stages: the first stage involves repelling attackers advancing through four lanes, while the second stage pits players against a formidable Baras (Meteoric Burst) boss boasting 27 million health.

With each completion of the event map, there is a 1% chance of obtaining Baras. Although acquiring the unit hinges on luck, players are guaranteed to earn Baras Coins and EXP upon finishing the map. These Baras Coins can be used in the Baras Event Shop to purchase various items, including a special evolution material for upgrading your newest character.

Thanks to the game’s pity system, you are guaranteed to get Baras after 100 completions of the Baras Event map.

Awakening requirements for Baras in Anime Squadron

Baras changes into Baras (Meteoric Burst) after getting an Awakening. Here are all the materials required to Awaken Baras, along with their acquisition method:

• 100x Pelli: Chapter 1 of Marine Lobby Squadron
• 100x Headband: Chapter 1 of Ninja Village Squadron
• 100x Behelit: Chapter 1 of Eclipse (Before) Squadron
• 10x Black Sun Amber: Chapter 9 and Chapter 10 of Eclipse (Before) Story
• 10x Chakra Fragment: Chapter 9 and Chapter 10 of Ninja Village Story
• 10x King’s Haki Residue: Chapter 9 and Chapter 10 of Marine Lobby Story
• 1x Baras Eye: Purchase from the Baras Event shop
• 7500 Gold: Acquire by completing levels in Story or Squadron modes

Except for the Baras Eye, the aforementioned items can also be acquired from the Merchant’s shop.

To maximize the effectiveness of Baras (Meteoric Burst), grant it equipment that increases its damage, critical chance, and critical damage. Moreover, roll the Superior Trait on the unit and the SSS grade on all its stats.

• Baras constantly marks the highest-HP enemy as his Challenger.
• Hits on the Challenger grant +0.5% Crit Chance (cap +40%) for the rest of the game.

Battle Analysis

• After every second hit on the Challenger, the unit gains +5% Crit DMG, -2.5% CD, and -2.5% Ability. A maximum of 10 such stacks can be gained.

Last Laugh

• On death, it strikes all enemies in front with 130% DMG and applies Vulnerable for 10 seconds.
• Vulnerable: Enemies that have the Vulnerable debuff take +30% Crit DMG from all Baras on the battlefield. +60% Crit DMG after dying twice with Rebirth.

Second Wind

• Each crit grants an energized charge. With 5 charges, the Last Laugh passive gains: 1.5x DMG and AoE on death and +5 seconds Vulnerable.
