Back in Australia, Albanese had previously faced criticism for not arranging a formal meeting with Trump on this global stage. However, this recent interaction seems to have addressed those concerns.
This particular meeting was just one of many notable interactions involving world leaders.
During their discussion, the leaders delved into pressing global issues, including Russia’s actions in Ukraine, European security matters, and trade dynamics. In these conversations, Macron was particularly keen on challenging and clarifying the points raised by Trump.
