Talk about a reality check!

Polo Bar was crawling with A-listers Sunday night after a New York Film Festival screening of a new documentary on Martin Scorsese. But a “Real Housewives” star stole the show — at least for one diner.

A spy said that Jodie Foster, Robert De Niro, Peter Dinklage, “White Lotus” star Michael Imperioli and E Street Band rocker “Little” Steven Van Zandt were all spotted celebrating the “Raging Bull” director, 82, after the screening of the docuseries “Mr. Scorsese.”

But a spy at the starry eatery told Page Six that with all the film and TV legends in the room, “The funniest moment of the evening” was when a regular patron who was “seated across from her boyfriend” could be overheard exclaiming to her beau: “Holy s - - t! I didn’t think I could be even more excited, but Heather Dubrow is here, too, with Terry!”

For those more acquainted with the Cannes Film Festival than BravoCon — Dubrow is a star of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” whose hubby is plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, known as a host of his own reality series, “Botched.”

The source told us the reality couple “was sitting in a corner with a friend,” away from the movie stars, who were celebrating Scorsese in a private area.

Filmmaker Rebecca Miller’s five-part doc on the “Goodfellas” icon debuts Oct. 17 on Apple TV+ and features interviews with heavy hitters like Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie, Daniel Day-Lewis (who is also Miller’s hubby), De Niro, Foster, Mick Jagger, Steven Spielberg, Sharon Stone, “Taxi Driver” scribe Paul Schrader, Cate Blanchett and Marty’s family and friends.

Also at the world premiere were directors Ari Aster and Josh Safdie, screenwriters Jay Cocks and Nick Pileggi and “Rocky” producer Irwin Winkler.

Dubrow is expected to appear at BravoCon in Las Vegas from Nov. 14 to 16.

We recently reported that Ralph Lauren is opening a Polo Bar in London: The Blighty outpost of the clubby eatery will be located at 1 Hanover Square, and will launch in 2028, the brand said.
