During the November 6 award ceremony, Kirk was honored with the inaugural Charlie Kirk Legacy Award, commemorating her late husband who tragically lost his life in a shooting at Utah Valley University in September. She graced the event in a glittering green dress, but it was her bold makeup that truly captured online attention. Known for her love of dramatic eye makeup, Kirk’s smoky eye was especially pronounced, and it was complemented by thick false lashes, a heavy foundation, and a shiny lip gloss—making her makeup visible even to those in the farthest seats.
Kirk’s recent association with JD Vance has sparked unexpected rumors in MAGA circles, with some speculating about a possible romantic connection. While Vance’s own makeup choices often appear at odds with his understated wife, Usha, he and Kirk seem to share a mutual affinity for striking makeup styles.

Accusations of Kirk’s alleged fake crying have surfaced before, with many questioning how she manages to apply such heavy eye makeup knowing tears might be imminent on television. However, her pageant background might have endowed her with some secret tricks for keeping her makeup intact through emotional moments. Perhaps she’ll share those tips with JD Vance.

This is far from the first time people have accused Kirk of fake crying or seeming to cry without tears. And, we’ll admit — it’s hard to imagine packing on that much eye makeup when you know you’re likely to cry on national television. But, hey — as a former beauty queen, she might know a few tips and tricks about how to make your makeup stay put through anything. Hopefully, she can pass them on to JD Vance.
