Chris Brown is celebrated for his music. While he has enjoyed tremendous success with his songs, his love life has been, perhaps, less successful? Brown has had multiple high-profile relationships, and some of them have produced children.
He is now the proud father to three children with three baby mamas. But his relationships with these women are all incredibly different…
Who Are Chris Brown’s Children And Who Are Their Mothers?
Chris Brown became a father for the first time when Nia Guzman gave birth to their daughter, Royalty, on May 27, 2014. In the beginning, their co-parenting relationship was rocky, and the pair were involved in court battles over the custody of their daughter. Brown also temporarily stopped paying child support after allegedly being denied visitation of Royalty in 2015 (via Daily Mail).
Their relationship has significantly improved, and they now have a great co-parenting relationship. In an interview on On-Air With Ryan Seacrest (via E! News) in 2015, Brown spoke about his daughter and her mother.
“So I have a co-parenting job that’s pretty amazing but, you know, learning how to be a dad, especially learning how to take care of somebody else, you know, I barely know how to brush my teeth in the morning!” he said. “It’s actually great. It’s very humbling. You know, it’s very calming. I think I was a lot, you know, rambunctious, very hyper as a kid, but now seeing that ten times over, my daughter’s kinda like mellowing me out.”
He would become a father a second time with model Ammika Harris. The pair had a son, Aeko Brown, born on Nov. 20, 2019. Co-parenting with Harris would be a little more challenging because of their different geographical locations. She is based in Germany and chose to quarantine there during the pandemic. However, the pair managed to find a way to work around this with the help of technology.
Then in 2022, he welcomed his third (and perhaps not final) child with Diamond Brown. The couple had a daughter, Lovely Symphani, born on Jan. 7, 2022. Less information about their relationship is known because Lovely is the latest addition, but reports suggest that Chris has been an involved dad.
“Chris and Diamond have known each other for years and dated casually for a while. Chris and Diamond started off as friends, and she and her girlfriends would travel with Chris while he was touring and on the road,” a source told HollywoodLife in 2022.
“That allowed them to become much closer over time, and even though he has dated Diamond off and on, he’s not looking to settle down with anybody right now.”

What Has Chris Brown Said About Being A Father?
Chris Brown is perhaps better known for his legal drama, including his alleged assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 than he is for being a dad. But becoming a father has changed him in many ways, which some believe has been for the better.
After the birth of his second child, a source told Hollywood Life in 2020 that Brown was “head over heels in love with Aeko and can’t believe he’s so blessed to have two incredible children.” They also revealed that he had made family his priority.
“He rarely goes out or parties anymore, and the only time he’s away from [his kids] is if he’s working,” the source said. “His priorities have completely shifted, and he’s matured so much over these past few years since becoming a father.”
“The best part of being a dad, you know, doing those little things,” Brown told On-Air With Ryan Seacrest (via E! News) in 2015. “Bedtime is crazy for me ’cause I always was like… trying to avoid bedtime when I was a kid, like, ‘No, Mom, just 15 more minutes, please!’ So I’ll keep like the kids’ channel on and turn it all the way low and turn all the lights out, and you know, I’ll lay in the bed with her and like rub her back until she actually falls asleep. But some nights, she’s not having it. Like, she just is totally energetic…”
What Has Chris Brown Said About The Mothers Of His Children?
But have you wondered how Chris Brown manages to parent three children and establish a good relationship with the women who gave birth to his kids? If reports are to be believed, then despite each of his relationships with his baby mamas being very different, he has figured out a formula that works.

Nia Guzman is the first woman to make Chris Brown a father with the birth of their daughter, Royalty. As mentioned, they had their problems initially, but that now seems to be a thing of the past. “Chris gets along great with Nia because they decided a long time ago to make things work for the sake of Royalty,” a source told HollywoodLife in 2020.
“For Chris, Royalty is the most important girl in his life, and he is willing to do whatever it takes to show her how much her parents love her and that she sees how well they get along.”
When Brown’s son, Aeko, was born, he found a way to be involved in his life, even from a distance. “Chris and Ammika are co-parenting really well. They stay in touch all the time and are constantly FaceTiming, so Chris is able to keep up with Aeko as he’s growing,” a source told HollywoodLife in 2020. “He doesn’t want to miss any little milestones since Aeko is growing so fast. Ammika has been really good about sending a ton of pictures and videos to him all the time.”

And the musician’s life had changed significantly since becoming a father to Aeko. “He’s learning so much,” the source told HollywoodLife. “He sacrifices everything and anything to be there taking care of Aeko, and Ammika, whenever possible. Aeko has been such a blessing to his life, and Chris can’t wait to watch him grow up.”
And last, his relationship with Diamond Brown and how they parent their daughter, Lovely. A source told HollywoodLife in 2022, “he’s played a part in her life since before she was born,” although there is less information on their relationship.
