Enter Jennifer Aniston.

The celebrated actress, known for her iconic role in “Friends,” recently made her relationship with Jim Curtis public on Instagram. Just a few days prior to this announcement, Curtis, who is a hypnotherapist, offered some insightful advice on dating later in life during an Instagram Q&A session.

When asked about finding love at the age of 42, the 50-year-old responded with wisdom that resonates well beyond the realm of romantic relationships. He explained that the approach to love doesn’t change drastically with age; it should be pursued with the same zeal at 22 or 32, but with the added benefits of greater confidence, richer experiences, and genuine authenticity.

Curtis emphasized the importance of self-love, reassuring his followers that 42 is not old. “You are the perfect age,” he remarked, highlighting that life doesn’t come to a halt at this stage. Encouragingly, he suggested that when one reaches 62 or 72, they would likely reflect on 42 with fondness, appreciating the vibrancy and potential of that age.

“You are not old,” the hypnotherapist continued. “First, love yourself and recognize that you are the perfect age and that life is not over at 42. When you are 62 and 72, you will look back at 42 and wish that you were that age.”

Curtis concluded, “So start now, go out, open yourself to love, make eye contact and smile, connect with people, and most importantly, love yourself. When you love yourself, you will magnetize more love to you.”

Four days later, Aniston went public with her and Curtis’ romance by posting a touching tribute.

“Happy birthday my love. Cherished ❤️,” the actress, 56, captioned a black-and-white PDA pic on Sunday.

The upload marked the first time Aniston has shown Curtis’ face on her account, although she did sneak him into a September roundup.

“Thank you summer,” the “Morning Show” star captioned a slideshow of sunny snaps at the time.

Toward the end of the carousel, she showed Curtis on the beach with his back to the camera.

The duo were first linked in July when they were photographed on vacation and have since been spotted on a Malibu double date, a New York City dinner and more.

The Golden Globe winner was last publicly in a relationship with Justin Theroux, whom she was married to from 2015 to 2018.

The union was Aniston’s second marriage, as she and ex-husband Brad Pitt walked down the aisle in 2000, divorcing in 2005.

As for Curtis, Bethenny Frankel revealed herself as one of his exes in a September TikTok video.

“He’s a handsome, nice man, and he seems kind. I think this is good,” she said, explaining that Curtis’ “earthiness” matches Aniston’s “earthy, mellow side.”

Curtis has been married once before to Rachel Napolitano, and the exes are the parents of teenage son Aidan.
