Jennifer Aniston has been ageing well, so it’s no wonder people think she’s had plastic surgery like her Friends co-star and longtime pal, Courteney Cox who has admitted to getting fillers. Here’s what the We’re the Millers star has said about going under the knife.

Did Jennifer Aniston Get Plastic Surgery?

In 2018, Aniston confessed to getting rhinoplasty to “correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” her rep told Us Weekly.

She first opened up about it in 2007, telling People magazine: “It’s funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years. As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine.”

In 2007, The Break-Up star also set the record straight on those implant rumors. “No boob job! You know what it’s called? It’s called 10 pounds,” she told Oprah Winfrey at that time.

“Here’s what it is, this is the funny thing, you’re either, ‘Oh, look at the bump,’ and they circle the bump and there’s an arrow. But instead, it’s like, you know, maybe a couple cheese plates too many.” Speaking to People the next year, she added: “Short of letting everybody have a feel, I don’t know what else to do. I really am pretty happy with what God gave me.”

As for getting Botox, Aniston said that she’s learned from the “mistakes” of her Hollywood colleagues.

“There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless. I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes because I am not injecting s–t into my face,” she explained to Harper’s Bazaar Australia.

“I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god, if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age.”

What’s Jennifer Aniston’s Workout Routine?

The LolaVie founder follows a “15-15-15” workout routine. It’s “15-minute spin, elliptical, run,” she told InStyle in September 2021. Though she was just recovering from an injury at that time, she said that she was still trying to work out every day. “I try to. I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love,” she said of getting back to her daily routine.

“But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she continued. “I’m going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it’s just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”

In a new interview with the magazine, she also talked about the importance of sleep hygiene, which she didn’t prioritize enough in her youth.

“Sleep is extraordinary. It’s beautiful. But, boy, did I take it for granted when we were young,” she recalled. “When you’re younger, you kind of take it for granted. You think, ‘I can survive on three-to-five hours of sleep and I feel great,’ and then, all of a sudden, it just starts not to feel great and your performance isn’t as up to par as it should be.”

That’s why she’s recently teamed up with the pharmaceutical company, Idorsia on the “Seize the Night and Day” campaign to educate people about sleep struggles. “All of your body is getting all the work done that it put itself through during the day. You realize a lack of sleep leads to all sorts of health issues,” said the longtime Hollywood sweetheart. “It’s a deficit you won’t ever get back.”

What Does Jennifer Aniston Eat In A Day?

Aniston isn’t one to deprive herself when it comes to her diet. In December 2020, she shared her “food diary” with People. “We’ve got to really be conscious and mindful around what we put inside our bodies,” she said in that week’s cover story. “And how we sleep and how we eat and how we take care of ourselves.” So for breakfast, she thinks “it’s great to put that alkaline into your body first thing in the morning” by having a cup of hot water with lemon before drinking coffee with low-fat milk and stevia.

She also follows that with a protein shake. “I’ll put in bananas, cherries, blackberries, a greens powder, a collagen peptide, a little cacao powder, chocolate stevia drop and chocolate almond milk,” the Guinness World Record holder said of its ingredients. “You can see I like chocolate-flavored. I don’t like protein taste.”

Before having her go-to lunch — seared ahi tuna with cucumber and lentil salad — she typically grabs a mid-morning snack, like a hard-boiled egg. If she gets hungry in the afternoon, she’ll get a cheese stick “or a cup of soup” before a healthy dinner like roasted chicken with spiraled zucchini.

At the end of the interview, the Along Came Polly star reminded fans that beauty is not just on the outside. “I’m not as strict as I was. It was always sort of a monitored watch. Then I thought, just give yourself moderation,” Aniston said, adding that it’s all about “really learning to love every single thing about yourself. And also realizing that it’s not just clothes and what’s happening [on the outside]” because “there’s so much more that’s beautiful in a human being.”
