Seth Meyers has made a fortune thanks to late night television. However, the host has endured some stressful interviews in the past. Among the most awkward, included his time alongside Jerry Seinfeld.
His guest made it clear he did not want to be on the show, and revealed some details as to what took place prior to the interview. Jerry was insulted after being asked if there was anything he wanted to talk about, given that he was being asked to be on the show.
It was far less stressful for Meyers during his interview alongside Jennifer Lawrence. Though JLaw did make quite the reveal, admitting to a past crush. We’ll take a look back at the moment, and why Lawrence was praised for the way she handled it.

Jennifer Lawrence Also Revealed A Crush On Larry David, And David Addressed It Alongside Seth Meyers
Speaking alongside Seth Meyers, Jennifer Lawrence revealed a few of her celebrity crushes. Among them, was none other than Larry David. Lawrence revealed to actually giving him her phone number at one point.
“I gave Larry David my number, but he never called me. But he also might have been married! I don’t know. Apparently I don’t ask about these things,” she revealed.
As for Larry David, he did respond to Lawrence’s story, making mention that he wasn’t all pleased that she also had a crush on someone else at the time.
“I’m not gonna lie, it would have been better if it was just me,” he said. “When she said you, I too was disappointed,” David tells Meyers.
“I don’t want George Clooney in the picture either, I want it [to be] just me. To me, it takes away from the crush if she’s mentioning other people. How special is it then for me? It’s not that special. You got a crush on me? You got a crush on him? No good. I want the big crush.”
The moment was a light-hearted one, of course. Fans especially loved the moment of Jennifer Lawrence revealing her crush on Seth Meyers – while they also applauded the host for his reaction.

During her time on SNL, Jennifer Lawrence developed a crush on Seth Meyers. This took place back in 2013. To JLaw’s credit, she was open about the crush during her time alongside Meyers on his Late Night show. The moment has 9 million views on YouTube.
Lawrence revealed, “I had a really big crush on you. I had created the romance in my head, because I’m delusional. I had this whole plan. I was going to ask you out.”

However, her plan was derailed after she realized Seth was already with someone.
“And I started, thank God, talking to the wardrobe lady about it. I said, ‘I think I’m going to ask Seth Meyers out. I’m going to give him my number.’ She was like, ‘Honey, he’s engaged.”
Seth took the classy road in his response, stating that everything worked out, and he married the person he was with at the time. Fans applauded Meyers for his approach during the interview.
“I love how Seth isn’t doing the typical male host thing here, he’s staying completely respectful to his wife, he’s really awesome in many ways.”

As for Nicole Kidman’s crush reveal, that was far more awkward, especially given Jimmy Fallon’s reaction and complete shock. Kidman apparently went to Fallon’s apartment and thought the two were on a date. But it became apparent rather quickly that was not the case… The moment generated a lot of interest, with 62 million fans tuning in.
“So I go over though, and you were there in a baseball cap and like…nothing! You put a video game on or something, and I’m like…’ This is so bad!’”
