Bill Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, dropped millions to pay off the remaining balance on three homes she purchased after meeting the NFL legend, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to official records obtained by In Touch, on January 24, Jordon had three different mortgages discharged for properties, all located in Maryland, that she purchased in mid to late 2023.

Jordon and the six-time Super Bowl-winning coach, 73, started dating in early 2023, according to People.

Jordon’s first property was purchased in June 2023 for $2.3 million. According to the New York Post, the home is split into several apartments which are rented out.

Jordon took out a $1.2 million mortgage on the home. In December 2023, Jordon purchased another two properties. The first was another multi-unit apartment building for $3 million.

Bill’s girlfriend took out another $1.2 million loan for the purchase. The third property was a $2.2 million building with various apartments. A third $1.2 million loan was taken out by Jordon.

The recent discharge filed means Jordon’s three properties are paid off and the $3.6 million has been settled. Jordon bought a fourth property in Harwich, Maryland, in October 2023 for $610,000.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,275-square-foot home is reportedly one of Jordon’s main residences and under complete renovation.

The grand total for Jordon’s four properties came to around $8 million.

As In Touch previously reported, Bill’s relationship with Jordon has caused quite the stir ever since they revealed they were dating in June 2024. Bill and Jordon, who have a 48-year age gap, claim they met in early 2021, when she was 20, when they were on a flight together.

TMZ reported the two were sitting next to each other and Jordon asked Bill to sign a book.

They were first spotted together in 2023, but didn’t confirm their relationship until several months later.

The duo caused controversy last month during Bill’s press tour to promote his new book. Bill, who divorced his ex-wife Linda Holliday the same year he started dating Jordon, was grilled about their romance during a sit down with CBS Sunday Morning.

Iinterviewer Tony Dokoupil tried to ask Bill about his relationship. Jordon, who was present and slightly off camera during the interview, interjected after hearing the question.

At one point, she said, “We’re not talking about this.”

Sources told TMZ that those on set felt Jordon made things difficult on the set.

The insider claimed Bill’s girlfriend stopped Bill from answering several questions, most of which did not air during the broadcast. At one point, the source claimed Jordon stormed out of the interview which held up the shoot by 30 minutes.

Bill spoke out in defense of Jordon after the interview aired and sources slammed her alleged onset behavior.

Bill said, “Prior to this interview, I clearly communicated with my publicist at Simon & Schuster that any promotional interviews I participated in would agree to focus solely on the contents of the book.”

He added, “Unfortunately, the expectation was not honored during the interview. I was surprised when unrelated topics were introduced, and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers that I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book.”

The coach continued, “After this occurred several times, Jordon, with whom I share both a personal and professional relationship, stepped in to reiterate that point to help refocus the discussion. She was not deflecting any specific question or topic but simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track. Some of the clips make it appear as though we were avoiding the question of how we met, but we have been open about the fact that Jordon and I met on a flight to Palm Beach in 2021.”

He ended, “The final eight-minute segment does not reflect the productive 35-minute conversation we had, which covered a wide range of topics related to my career. Instead, it presents edited clips and stills from just a few minutes of the interview to suggest a false narrative — that Jordon was attempting to control the conversation, which is simply not true.”

A rep for CBS denied Bill’s claims and said there “were no preconditions or limitations” on topics for the interview.
