An emotional Kim Kardashian recalled acting as Kanye West’s “cleanup crew” when he was going through his bipolar disorder episodes.
During Thursday’s new episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” the Skims founder opened up to her mom, Kris Jenner, about the stress she used to feel handling his messes.
“Sometimes I feel like if he were to hit rock bottom that’s his journey that he needs to figure out on his own,” she shared.
“I used to run around and call everyone behind his back and be like, ‘It’s gonna be OK. It’s gonna be OK. Just give him another chance.’”
Kim, 42, said she would spend “hours and hours and hours” of her “days” as the Yeezy designer’s “cleanup crew,” to which the famed momager responded, “That’s why you got divorced.”
“You never deserved to live like that,” Kris continued.
The SKKN by Kim founder also said West’s outbursts — both on social media and behind-the-scenes — left her heartbroken as she no longer recognized the man to whom she was once married.
“It’s the hardest feeling to watch someone you really loved and have a family with just be so different than who you knew,” she explained.
Kim also revealed that her eldest child, 9-year-old North West, “actually doesn’t know” anything about her father’s antics because the reality star has everything in her house “blocked” except for Apple TV.

“I can’t risk an ‘Access Hollywood’ coming up next,” Kim said.
Kim and the “Good Morning” rapper’s relationship hit a nadir when she began dating now-ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson. West, 45, went on social media tirades about Kim, Davidson and even Kris while the former couple went through their divorce; however he would wipe his Instagram as quickly as he posted.
When the former “Saturday Night Live” star, 29, and Kim eventually broke up, the designer quieted down.
He’s now living a quiet life with his fake wife, Bianca Censori. The pair haven’t publicly addressed their relationship, but the two have been seen out and about in Los Angeles in odd-looking ensembles.
