Lala Kent and Scheana Shay are now neighbors.
According to a series of new reports, the Vanderpump Rules star has purchased a $1.35 million home in Palm Springs, California, where she and her two-year-old daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett, will be spending plenty of time with Scheana, her husband, Brock Davies, and their 23-month-old daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies.
“BFFs and now neighbors!” Summer announced on her Instagram page on March 26, along with a couple of photos of Ocean and Summer on Lala’s patio.
Lala also shared a post on her page, which included a video of Scheana, Brock, Summer, and Ocean at Scheana’s Palm Springs home, which she purchased for $725,000 in 2019.
“Lala Kent bought the home next to Scheana Shay’s in Palm Springs. Congrats [Lala Kent]!” a Pump Rules fan page announced with Lala’s video on March 27.
Although Lala doesn’t appear to have shared any photos or videos from inside her new property, a series of pics of the residence were shared on Twitter.
In addition to a stunning kitchen with white countertops, Lala’s home boasts indoor, outdoor living as her large, covered patio opens up to her in-ground swimming pool, which, like Scheana’s, backs up to a golf course.

Also inside of Lala’s home is a large master bedroom, a dining room with access to her outdoor space, and a living room with a fireplace and sliding doors to the outside.

As Pump Rules fans saw over the weekend, Scheana and Lala ventured to Palm Springs after filming the season 10 reunion special in Los Angeles on Thursday.
During the taping, Lala was seen in a video shared by Andy Cohen in which she told the reunion host she was ready to “get [her] claws into somebody” and had “a couple people in mind,” likely signaling to Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss, whose sordid affair was exposed earlier this month, nearly 10 years into Sandoval’s relationship with Ariana Madix.
Vanderpump Rules season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
