Are Scheana Shay and Stassi Schroeder still friends?
While taping a recent episode of her podcast, Scheananigans, with husband Brock Davies, the Vanderpump Rules star opened up about her current relationship with her former castmate after a fan wanted to know why her daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies, 21 months, hasn’t been spending much time with Stassi’s daughter, Hartford Charlie Rose Clark, 2.
“When other people who I’m close with are on the outs with those people, it’s just – it makes it a little more difficult,” Scheana said on Scheananigans, via Heavy.
Although Scheana confirmed she wishes “nothing but love to that family,” which includes Stassi’s husband, Beau Clark, she said she and Stassi are no longer close, noting that she and her family “haven’t been invited to hang out with [her former co-star’s daughter] recently.”
The last time Summer and Hartford were together, they were attending Pandora Vanderpump Sabo’s son Theodore’s first birthday party in November 2022.
While Scheana revealed she would certainly facilitate a playdate between Summer and Hartford if the opportunity presented itself, she stated that she’s been spending plenty of time with Lala Kent, Brittany Cartwright, and their children, daughter Ocean Kent Emmett, 22 months, and son Cruz Michael Cauchi, 21 months, respectively.
“Being friends with Lala, being friends with Brittany, having the kids together, it’s just easy, and it works, and I love having them together, I just think the more time Summer gets with kids her age, the better,” Scheana shared.

As for Brock, he said he considered Stassi an acquaintance to Scheana — not a friend.
“The lines have been drawn, and there’s no need to be like, ‘Why aren’t you guys best friends?’ Because we’ve all got different interests,” he explained.
Scheana’s comments about her relationship with Stassi come just weeks after Stassi said on an episode of Straight Up With Stassi that she had quit hanging “around people” that “don’t bring joy or happiness.”
“Why do I need to go to hang out with somebody who likes constantly sh-tting on me in other podcasts? Why do I have to do that? Why?” she asked in December 2022. “Because people on Instagram are leaving comments like ‘Why don’t you hang out with this person anymore?’ Because I don’t want to! Because this person doesn’t bring joy, and this person is — I don’t know, we’ve outgrown each other, and that’s allowed.”
During another segment of Scheananigans, via Instagram, Scheana revealed why she’s not yet changed her last name.
“We both want to change our names because he wants to legally add ‘Honey’ to his name, so I haven’t changed mine yet because if I change mine now just from our marriage certificate, then it goes to just Scheana Marie Davies, and I want it to be Scheana Marie Honey Davies,” she explained.
