This Morning’s former resident doctor commented on a photo from 2017, which showed him posing for a selfie with the former ITV production assistant.
He tagged an account that has since been deleted.
However, after fans began commenting on the post, which boosted the image, he finally broke his silence.

Another referenced the doctor’s earlier statement on Instagram regarding “having receipts” to prove his claims about issues he had noticed behind-the-scenes at This Morning.
The BBC regular previously posted in view of his 338,000 followers: “Oh honey… I have receipts.”
In his latest post, he touched on his negative experiences while working on This Morning, claiming he was “not the only one who has spoken up or experienced similar”.
The health expert slammed This Morning on social media after he took his concerns to Emma Gormley, the head of ITV Daytime.
Despite stating that he “genuinely loved and valued working there”, Dr Ranj claimed that because he “whistle-blew” he was used “less and less” on the ITV show.
He expressed concern and “grew increasingly worried about things behind the scenes and how people, including myself, were being treated”.

The doctor continued to claim in the post’s caption that “there is so much more” to be added.
Dr Ranj had appeared on the show for over a decade before his departure.
He added that because the network had commented on him, it was “only fair for [him] to do so too to avoid any further conjecture”.
It comes after Phil resigned from the broadcaster last Friday, stepping down from future gigs, including hosting the British Soap Awards in June, while admitting to lying about his affair.
The Sun reported that the former Dancing On Ice presenter was pictured with the ITV staff member back in 2018.
Unnamed sources that worked at the company expressed that they found the situation “odd”.
They alleged that “suddenly this new young staff member was glued to Phillip’s side”.
The sources added to the publication: “It was made clear to all other staff he was Phillip’s chosen aide — even though at times Phillip was quite abrasive towards him.”
Phillip’s statement to the MailOnline did not reveal the identity of the person involved and only confirmed that he had “a consensual on-off relationship with a younger male colleague at This Morning”.
