Brittish is on the show because she is married to Lorenzo Gordon. He isn’t necessarily a household name in America, but that’s because Lorenzo played for teams overseas. He was a solid role player who amassed a solid fortune from the teams he played on.

How exactly did these two meet? According to the show, they met in the early 2010’s and got engaged in 2014. They never did get married, as Lorenzo alledgedly cheated on Brittish. At one point in time, Brittish and Lorenzo appeared on a show called ‘Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars’.
Part of what makes Basketball Wives so interesting is that people get to see what it’s like to be married to someone rich and famous. The average star isn’t super affluent compared to superstars like Devin Booker, who has accumulated $50 million throughout his time as a Phoenix Sun. However, Lorenzo has an estimated net worth of $4 million himself. That’s plenty of money to go around.

According to CheatSheet, Brittish has been accused of multiple white-collar crimes. This includes multiple fraud charges, ranging from bank fraud to social security theft. She’s used items that she’s stolen in order to help herself get loans. These crimes occurred in 2017, 2018, and 2019. What makes this really interesting is that Brittish was seeing Lorenzo during this time, and neither of them seemingly needed the money.
Having jail time can make someone be seen in one of two ways. That person’s reputation is severely ruined because of the crimes they committed. An example of this would be Lori Loughlin, who’s relationships with her own children have struggled due to the public disdain of the white collar crime. This is what has happened to Brittish, who’s got a lot of hate on social media for committing these kinds of crimes.
On the other hand, if the person is wise and seems to have changed because of their time behind bars, this person can be respected in the eyes of many.

Who wouldn’t love to have a deal with Rihanna’s Fenty brand? Numerous models and superstars have had partnerships with the brand. Brittish was one of these stars who actually had an endorsement. However, it appears her antics may have led her to fumble the bag.
When Brittish was convicted of her crimes in 2022, she lost an estimated $30,000. This was due to the Fenty deal falling through. She even blamed her judge for losing the sponsorship.

Fan generally see Shaunie O’Neal as one of the best cast members of Basketball Wives.
Not only did she star on Basketball Wives, but she also produced the show. She got into such a position of power due to the fact that she is the ex-wife of none other than Shaquille O’Neal. Just like her ex, she has an interesting and lovable personality that fans can’t seem to get enough of.
Brittish herself was well liked back in seasons 3 and 4. Controversial, yes, but she was at least interesting and exciting. After that the fans either saw her as petty or boring. Then she got into legal trouble, and the rest is history.
