The theme was “Camp: Notes on Fashion.” It was a magical moment, as the “Euphoria” star embodied Cinderella in an extravagant blue Tommy Hilfiger gown with puffy sleeves, per Harper’s Bazaar. Roach was festive as well, dressed as her fairy godmother. He even held a wand to light up her dress.
While fans applauded the stunning duo, one celebrity wasn’t so enthusiastic. Lindsay Lohan noted that Claire Danes had dressed similarly at the 2016 Met Gala. The actor donned a strapless pale blue Zac posen gown that glowed in the dark, per Glamour. According to W Magazine, Lohan took to Instagram to comment on Zendaya’s ensemble. She wrote, “@Clairedanes you wore this dress so beautifully, I don’t know why someone thinks that they can be more chic. Ever.” Then, she added, “Claire Danes did that with @zacposen already.” Yet, Law Roach was having none of it. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, he was asked for his remarks on Lohan’s dig. He brushed it off icily, replying, “I don’t know her.”
