Suffolk Police are investigating a fatal shooting that left 28-year-old Demarcus Anderson dead.
The “domestic-related shooting” occurred on the morning of November 18 (Friday) in Suffolk, Virginia, United States.
Police received a call about an adult male being shot, but when they arrived at the location, the victim was dead with multiple gunshot wounds.

On November 18, 2022, an adult female called the Suffolk 911 center at around 3:32 am, saying an adult male had been shot at the residence in the 2500 block of E. Washington Street.
Officers found a man with multiple shot wounds when they arrived. He died before he could be rushed to a hospital. He was announced dead at the location.
Police have yet to identify a suspect. However, the slain man has been identified as a 28-year-old male named Demarcus Anderson.
The authorities say the shooting was domestic-related. The case remains under investigation, and no further information is available for release.

A 57-year-old man named Timothy Gene Harper was located at a residence and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the shooting happened around 4:10 in the afternoon in the 400 block of Hunter Street in the Pleasant Hill area of Suffolk.
His 19-year-old stepson, Kaevon Dionte Stowes, was taken into custody and faced a murder charge. He faced charges relating to second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
