I only recently acquired both of these minis, which I had been eyeing for quite some time. These Smashbox minis have been praised by a number of fellow bloggers, so I decided to try them out. Smashbox Always On Mini Matte Duo lipsticks are a must-have for both work and play, according to makeup artist Malvika Sitlani.
They are waterproof and infused with Primer oil for comfortable wear that lasts 8 hours or more. Don’t waste time hunting for an alternative when it’s time to remove your makeup. Instead, take a deep breath and go for your cleansing oil. The pigmentation is so severe in one swipe that it fully covers the skin. They dry to a matte finish, which is unexpected. Product Specifications and Personal Experience
Malvika Sitlani is prominently featured on the Smashbox Always On Mini Matte Duo X Malvika Sitlani white cardboard packaging. There are two tubes of lipstick inside, each individually wrapped in black paper. Both lipsticks come in clear acrylic packaging so you can see which color you’re getting. It has a black screw-on cap that makes it very durable. The reservoir tip applicator included makes it simple to use and precise application possible.
Warm pink is the color scheme in the Driver’s seat, while nude rose is the color scheme in Babe Alert. They’re both naked, so they can be worn every day. Let’s talk about my interactions with them now. I’ve tried and tested both of these colors. As a result, let’s take a closer look at each color separately. This mauve pink shade looks great on fair to medium skin tones, but it washes out darker skin tones. This color looks great with or without makeup. It appears to be nothing on the lips.

One of the few liquid matte lipsticks I can get is Smashbox Always On Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade “Driver’s Seat.” I won’t deny my admiration for Smashbox products; in fact, I’ve reviewed a few of them previously. Let’s examine whether Driver’s Seat is a good or bad option. With a featherweight, pleasant formula that doesn’t dry out the lips or irritate the skin, it lasts for eight hours on the lips.
It was developed in our L.A. picture studio utilizing Advanced Polymer Technology, which assures that it will stay in place for up to eight hours and appear just as immaculate as the first time you applied it. This liquid matte product is featherweight but powerful, with a lip-smoothing Primer Oil compound, resulting in suede-soft lip color in 20 stunning colors. The new Smashbox Always On Matte Liquid Lipstick is a long-lasting matte formula that is both pleasant and long-lasting. When compared to other matte liquid lipsticks, Smashbox Primer Oil complex infused matte liquid lipstick has a distinct difference in wearability. The lipstick is easy to apply, and it dries quickly enough for inexperienced liquid lipstick wearers to make required changes. The product is also scent-free, in addition to being waterproof.

The color “Driver’s Seat” looks to be pink no matter how you look at it. On my lips, it looks more like a dark pink with a bit of brick red undertones, but because of the comfort it provides and the matte texture that doesn’t make me feel self-conscious, I can absolutely wear it every day.

Always On Matte Liquid Lipstick by Smashbox is a long-wearing lipstick that may last up to six hours before transferring to silverware. In a single sentence, Smashbox has nailed it.
Final Thoughts
Of the two lipsticks I tried, Color Driver Seat is my favorite. Smashbox is a high-end brand, so I recommend trying out the minis before buying the full-size lipsticks to ensure you get the perfect shade for your skin tone before spending so much money.
