A Missouri woman is facing serious allegations after reportedly threatening her two children during a TikTok livestream. Authorities claim she told them, “I’m sick of you” and implied it wouldn’t just be a physical punishment.

Elena Lujan, 30, allegedly made the threat to her kids, aged 3 and 7, during a livestream early Saturday morning. The details were revealed in a probable cause statement filed with the Cole County Circuit Court.

The document states that Lujan used harsh language, referring to her children with explicit insults and expressing her anger towards them. At one point, she reportedly blamed one child for potential harm to the other.

She allegedly told them, “I’ll kill her and then you’ll be the reason she’s gone,” expressing a preference to harm one while sparing the other, as cited in the statement.

Lujan is also accused of saying, “The only reason you’re still alive is because if I kill you, I’d go to jail,” according to the police report.

Authorities were called Saturday and told about the TikTok livestream, prompting officers to visit Lujan’s apartment at around 2 a.m., the probable cause statement says.

When they arrived, Lujan was allegedly drunk and passed out in the children’s room with an open bottle of tequila on the counter in the kitchen and broken glass on the floor.

“A 3-year-old child was lying on the couch in the living room,” the probable cause statement says. “A 7-year-old child was asleep in the defendant’s bedroom. It took several minutes to wake the defendant up due to her level of intoxication.”

Lujan was taken into custody and placed in the rear of a patrol vehicle, where she “spit through the open window” at an officer standing outside the door, according to cops. She refused to provide a breath sample to determine her BAC and was transported to a local police station.

“She made numerous threats to kill the victims,” the probable cause statement concludes. “She is the only adult living in the home.”

During the alleged livestream, police say Lujan can be heard yelling at one of her kids and telling them to say “yes ma’am.”

“While crying, the child says ‘yes ma’am,’” the probable cause statement states.

Lujan was charged with child abuse and taken to the Cole County Jail, where she is being held without bond. An arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday.
