Smile and don’t speak: Bruce Willis brushes off embarrassing One Show appearance as he brings stunning wife to A Good Day To Die Hard premiere
He made an almost disastrous appearance on BBC’s The One Show on Wednesday evening, causing him to be labelled ‘ignorant and incoherent’.
But Bruce Willis brushed off the torturous interview and set about promoting his latest movie, A Good Day To Die Hard, on Thursday once more.
The actor was the A-list guest at the London premiere of the film at the Empire in Leicester Square.

What embarrassment? Bruce Willis attends the premiere of A Good Day To Die on Thursday evening alongside his wife Emma following his disastrous One Show appearance the night before
And he seemed to have put the TV appearance behind him as he happily posed for pictures smiling widely at the screening.
He walked on the red carpet with his wife, Emma Heming, who looked glamorous in a bright orange frock.
For a while at least she seemed to take the heat off Bruce as she showed off her slender physique in the get-up.
At least she’s not ashamed: Emma tenderly cuddled up to Bruce for photos as they launched the London screening of the action picture
Smile through it: Just 24 hours earlier Bruce had appeared in the awkward interview on BBC1 but brushed off the criticism at the Thursday night event
She arrived in the drizzly weather showing off her legs in some strappy metallic shoes, but it took her a while to brave the cold, covering up with a silver jacket resting on her shoulders.
But she soon took it off ready to show off her ensemble to the waiting photographers and fans.
And one thing’s for sure, she didn’t seem to have minded Willis’ awkward interview just 24 hours earlier.
Don’t do it again! Bruce addressed the photographers as he posed up on the red carpet
The Hollywood actor was blasted by viewers of the BBC One show after he appeared to snub questions from hosts Matt Baker and Alex Jones during an increasingly awkward interview to promote the new movie in the franchise.
The actor gave short answers and repeatedly shrugged his shoulders in the promotional appearance described as ‘torture’ by viewers.
Willis’ interview on the show was likened to the now infamous Michael Parkinson interview with Meg Ryan back in 2003, which was described at the time as the most awkward 10 minutes of veteran presenter’s career.

Bizarrely, the only time Willis, 57, did open up during the live interview was to criticise the name of the film – which he insisted didn’t make any sense.
While Baker was in the middle of praising the film, Willis only seemed interested in criticising it.
Cutting him off, Willis said: ‘Let me ask you guys, what about the title? Are you confused by it?’
Jones admitted she did think the name was strange, with Willis then responding: ‘I don’t understand it. ‘It’s a Good Day to Die Hard’? No, I’m still working on it.’
Going bright: Sam Faiers was joined by Joey Essex and Harry Derbridge in her orange frock to match her tan
Ladies’ night: Georgia Salpa, Amy Wilerton and Amelia Lily were also on the guest list, dressing up in a variety of frocks
Following the excruciatingly awkward interview, viewers were quick to comment on the BBC’s Points of View forum.
One wrote: ‘It’s not often that I feel sorry for Matt and Alex but this was torture. They desperately tried to ask questions and get something of interest out of him whilst he mumbled and hesitated and was generally incoherent.
‘They obviously thought that they had a major coup getting a Hollywood A list star on the show but Willis showed himself to be little better than a mumbling moron.’
Ice to see you: Dancing On Ice star Luke Campbell was also among the reality TV stars on the guest list
D-list attendees: Amy Willerton, who fell out with Katie Price after appearing on her show, rubbed shoulders with the glamour model’s ex Alex Reid
Rubbing shoulders: Singer Tyler James dressed down his suit with a woolen checked cardigan
Night out: Khloe Evans appeared minus boyfriend Tom Pearce, while Gabriella Ellis showed off some skin in tiny shorts
Another described the star as ‘ignorant’, adding: ‘What was his problem because he was not interested at all why bother appearing like an idiot.
‘This was a shameful appearance and full credit to the presenters who did a great job with an ignorant couldn’t care less man.’
But it didn’t stop a host of stars turning out to see the film and support him at the London premiere on Thursday.
Different styles: Amy showed off her long legs while newsreader Sophie Raworth opted for a red dress with black panelling
Sam Faiers was among the reality stars gracing the carpet on the night.
Sam stepped out to attend the premiere of A Good Day to Die Hard along with her boyfriend Joey Essex.
The reality star couple were joined by by ex-TOWIE star Harry Derbridge and the trio posed together on the red carpet outside the Empire cinema.
The event proved to be an attraction for former reality stars and Harry’s cousin Amy Childs also attended the screening with boyfriend David Peter.
Georgia Salpa also showed up, wearing a similar bright orange dress to that of Bruce’s wife Emma.
While Lizzie Cundy, Khloe Evans, Amy Wilerton and Amelia Lily rounded up the other guests of the night.
