Carol Vorderman has shown off her workout routine ahead of her stint on I’m A Celebrity All Stars.
The presenter, 62, looked incredible as she showed off her toned stomach in a sports crop top.
She flaunted her tiny waist in a pair of skintight leggings while lifting weights and stretching.
Carol could be seen doing squats and working up a sweat in a gym on the equipment.
Clearly on a mission, she captioned the video: ‘OFF TO GYM AGAIN TOMOZ’.

The former Countdown star was the eighth celebrity to be voted off 2016’s series, lasting 18 days in the Australian jungle alongside winner Scarlett Moffatt after entertaining viewers with her flirty banter and jungle showers.
Carol said of her return: ‘Doing I’m A Celebrity changed me a lot and I can’t wait to take part in this new series.
‘I loved everything about I’m A Celebrity [the first time round].’
She added: ‘We’ve still got a WhatsApp group!’
Elsewhere, appearing on Friday’s This Morning, Carol made an hilarious X-rated quip about her ‘many friends.’
The Countdown icon was on the daytime ITV show alongside Vanessa Feltz to discuss the issues of the day with hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond.
The foursome were chatting about the shocking viral video of a dog off its lead, which viciously attacked police horses in a London park.

Alison suggested: ‘People need to be more in control of their dogs, would you agree?’ to which Carol responded: Well, I am a big walker and walk in the countryside every day I can.’
‘With your dog?’ asked Alison, with Carol clarifying: ‘No, I don’t have a dog but I would LOVE to have a dog, it wouldn’t be fair on them. I’m not at home all the time so I can’t have a dog.’
Alison joked: ‘You haven’t got time for a dog you’ve got too many friends,’ which led to the group giggling, with Dermot cheekily adding: ‘None of them are leashed!’
Carol quipped back: ‘That’s what you think! shhhh,’ before laughing with Vanessa about her saucy comment.
In January, Carol revealed that she has five ‘special friends’, while on Michelle Visage’s Rule Breakers podcast.
Giving a very candid insight into her complicated love life, the Countdown favourite discussed the ‘system’ she has had in place for the past 10 years.
Carol said she’s ‘not into one night stands’ but dates multiple men whom she affectionately names her ‘special friends’.
When asked by Michelle if she was in a relationship, Carol quipped: ‘No! I’m having the best time. I’ve spoken about this once. I have a system which I’ve had for 10 years. They’re called ‘special friends’.
‘I spoke a couple of months ago about having ‘special friends’ and it was like, again, the world had fallen in for some people but actually what I found was there was an awful lot of women who said ‘I’d never thought about it like this.’

Carol added she has been in ‘long term relationships, if you like’ with her special friends – and has been dating some for years.
She said: ‘One’s 11 years, one’s seven years, you know everyone is single. It’s a happy place. I hasten to add I’m not into one night stands.’
‘The language around a woman of my generation is that if you had more than one partner when you got married you were this you were that.
‘Everything was derogatory about a woman, that was the environment I was growing up in. It was like ‘she’s desperate’, everything was judgmental.’
