Sai De Silva remains optimistic that fans haven’t seen the curtain fall on The Real Housewives of New York City just yet.

“I’ll be attending BravoCon, but beyond that, everything is still up in the air,” Sai, 44, exclusively revealed to Us Weekly at the American Ballet Theatre’s 2025 Fall Gala on Wednesday, October 22. “However, there will definitely be a show.”

Although season 15 concluded with a two-part reunion in February, Bravo has not confirmed the lineup for the upcoming season. In May, the network assured Us that the series has not been canceled.

“I’d be thrilled to return,” Sai told Us while donning a Prabal Gurung dress at the gala. “Being a part of Real Housewives of New York was a major milestone in my life. It’s iconic. As a New Yorker, I’m proud to represent.”

The Real Housewives of New York City made its debut in 2008, though not every cast member has stayed the course. The inaugural season featured Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Bethenny Frankel, Jill Zarin, and Alex McCord. Kelly Killoren Bensimon joined in season 2, with Sonja Morgan becoming a full-time cast member later on.

When asked whether Jenna Lyons could possibly be returning to the cast, Sai replied, “We know nothing. We have absolutely no idea.”

During season 15, Sai and Jenna, 57, filmed alongside Erin Lichy, Ubah Hassan, Racquel Chevremont, Brynn Whitfield and Jessel Taank. Designer Rebecca Minkoff was also featured as a “friend” of the cast.

While Rebecca, 44, and Brynn, 39, have publicly confirmed they are stepping away from the franchise, the rest of the cast appears to be ready for any official news. (BravoCon is scheduled for November 14-16 in Las Vegas.)

Andy Cohen reiterated to fans in May that The Real Housewives of New York City is not canceled. Instead, producers are simply working behind the scenes to finalize the best cast.

“I don’t know how else to say it,” he shared on a May episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “We are between seasons on the Housewives, but what’s so interesting is last week when I was here, the Bravo execs met with 10 potential new Real Housewives of New York.”

Andy, 57, explained that Bravo is currently in “the casting process between seasons” and added it’s “heavily underway.”

“That’s why nothing has been announced, so I don’t know what to say,” he explained to cohost John Hill. “It’s really odd. It just keeps going on and on, so there you go.”

While stepping out at New York’s Lincoln Center to celebrate Misty Copeland, Sai appeared less focused on reality TV and more excited about the American Ballet Theatre.

“My daughter’s 14, and she is a ballerina who’s in pre-professional,” she revealed to Us. “For me, I know all about this world. I’m in it day in and day out, doing schedules, making sure it’s Nutcracker season, making sure rehearsals go well. I think this is such a beautiful art form, and it is life, especially in my household.”

The team behind The Real Housewives of New York City is working hard to figure out the best path forward for one of Bravo’s most iconic shows. While a network spokesperson confirmed to Us Weekly on Friday, May 9, that the show is not canceled, questions about the show’s future remain. “Final decisions haven’t been […]

The star-studded gala also served as the opportunity for Sai to have a date night with her husband, David Craig.

After enjoying the event, the Bravo star shared a photo with her supportive partner and reflected on the magical evening.

“An unforgettable night at the @abtofficial Gala honoring the incomparable @mistyonpointe, a woman who shattered barriers and danced her way into history,” Sai wrote via Instagram on Friday, October 24. “She paved the stage for Black and brown ballerinas everywhere to take up space, shine and soar. I’m truly honored to have seen her final bow with ABT.”
