Along with using a copper tongue scraper, she will then put a packet in her mouth for ‘oil pulling.’
The practice is ‘an ancient Indian folk remedy claimed to whiten your teeth, freshen your breath, and greatly improve your oral health,’ per Healthline.
The next step in her routine includes washing her face with Goop cleanser which is followed by a Peptide Serum from Goop to add a ‘glow’ to her skin.
Paltrow then uses an ‘all-in-one moisturizer’ as well as Goop face oil which she called ‘liquid gold.’
The Shakespeare In Love star has offered her thoughts on beauty and aging, such as during an interview with Coveteur back in September.
‘I think the older you get and the more quickly time passes, you realize how fleeting everything is and how valuable time is,’ Paltrow told the outlet.
‘And think for me anyway, you know, it’s sort of like this deepening of my life is happening in terms of slowing down a bit.’
She later added, ‘There’s all of the wonderful freedoms that happen to you when you turn 50 and you’re just sort of like, I want to live the rest of my life on my own terms and bring in the sweetness and the richness of the things that I want around me.’

The star further expressed that she is now ‘trying to be very in tune with where my body and mind are at any given time.
‘When I was in my 20s, I was terrible with skincare and all that stuff. I would just go to bed with last night’s makeup on…
‘Now, I feel like I align with the idea of really aging in the best, most empowering way possible, which requires some attention and taking care of your skin and taking care of your mind and your body.’
While talking to Bustle in 2023, Paltrow revealed that she didn’t feel the same anxiety over aging when she turned 50.
‘Fifty was great. I was concerned I was going to feel a lot of grief or fear because I remember when I turned 40, the anticipation… I really flipped out,’ she said.
‘I didn’t have that at all at 50. I was like, “I love my friends. I love my husband. I love my kids. Yeah, my job is hard. But this is good.”‘
The Hollywood actress then shared, ‘I don’t give a f*** what anyone says about me, thinks about me. This is who I am. I felt like 50 was a deepening into myself. And, apparently, that just keeps getting better.’
Earlier this week during an episode of her Goop podcast, Paltrow got candid about her personal struggles with mental health and said that she has ‘Attention Deficit Disorder’ (ADD).

Earlier this week during an episode of her Goop podcast, Paltrow got candid about her personal struggles with mental health and said that she has ‘Attention Deficit Disorder’ (ADD); seen in September in Milan
The star explained, ‘I would like to be more intentional about how I spend my time.
‘I think I have a bit of ADD and I can really get pulled in lots of directions. I would love to try to not do that so much and feel more grounded throughout the day.’
Paltrow also stated that her nervous system is ‘messed up’ due to stress, dealing with fame and hormones.
‘I’ve lived a very intense life in the public eye for a really, really long time,’ she said while opening up about struggling with anxiety.
‘And so I think whenever we’re at the mercy of people’s opinions and all the energy behind the opinions – I’m very sensitive, as most of us are – it kind of frays my nervous system.’
The star added, ‘Also, I have a lot of anxiety for the first time in my life, which is a symptom of hormonal changes. I think it’s an oestrogen dominance thing. It makes you really anxious.
‘So part of it is physiological, part of it is psychological, part of it’s emotional and part of it’s public life. I don’t know why it is that in the past couple of years it’s hit me so hard.’

Paltrow further said, ‘But I know there’s something wrong because my cortisol [stress hormone]… like I’ll get in bed exhausted and my heart will start to race.
‘And then I’ll have intrusive thoughts, which I’ve never had in my life ever. My sleep is still pretty okay, but sometimes I wake up first thing in the morning and I’m filled with dread.
‘So there’s a lot of parts to it, but definitely there’s a big nervous system component.’
Paltrow explained she is seeing two therapists while also giving a shoutout to her ‘amazing’ support group.
