Hollyoaks fans will finally learn the fate of incel Eric Foster next week, as he is finally sentenced for his dramatic siege at The Dog.
In tense scenes, Tony Hutchinson and his wife Diane will finally learn how long Eric will be thrown behind bars for his crimes, after he tormented the village with his violent threats.
Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) who was held hostage by Eric, joins Tony and his wife Diane as they await news on Eric’s fate.
Eric spent weeks terrorising the women of the village, spiking their drinks while grooming teen Mason Chen-Williams (Frank Kauer).
Things came to a head when Eric took multiple people hostage at The Dog, shooting Diane and Maxine with a crossbow.

Eric was later arrested and sent to prison, and viewers learned he had plead guilty, to Diane and Maxine’s surprise.
The fallout has also left Tony increasingly fearful for his wife’s safety, with upcoming scenes seeing him concerned for Diane as she prepares to embark on a women’s conference.
Upon learning Eric’s sentence, Tony is stunned when he receives a letter from his brother inviting him to visit.
Diane is also convinced her husband needs to seek professional help for what he’s going through.
She eventually takes matters into her own hands, accompanying Tony on his visit to see Eric – will this bring the family some much-needed closure?
Despite facing a lengthy prison term, it appears that Eric’s torment is far from over, as next week he reaches out to lawyer James Nightingale with a tempting proposition.
Eric offers James any amount of money in return for his freedom… aware he is determined to fund private treatment for his cancer-stricken sister Juliet.
A suspicious Ste questions James on his early morning disappearance, and he confesses that he had an offer from inmate Eric.
