KARDASHIAN fans have begun to suspect that Khloe is pregnant with a third child with ex Tristan Thompson.
The couple welcomed their second child just a few months ago via surrogate.

Khloe, 38, has shared a series of photos of herself rocking a leopard-on-leopard print ensemble designed by Dolce and Gabbana – an outfit previously worn by big sister Kim Kardashian.
The Good American founder captioned the post: “Wearing classic Leopard Dolce to a @dolcegabbana event feels right. Meow. Wearing my #CiaoKim collection.”
While many commenters were focused on fashion, others were distracted by a more subtle detail.
A sixth photo in the carousel of snaps showing Khloe striking various poses showed the star resting a hand on her stomach.
Similarly, a seventh photo showed her standing slightly to one side with an arm around her belly.
The comments were full of fans speculating that she was expecting, with one writing: “You pregnant? Am I the only one thinking that?”
Another wrote: “You look pregnant.”
A third commenter wondered: “She’s pregnant?”

Khloe did not respond to the comments.
She is mom to two children: True Thompson and a son she welcomed via surrogate in August 2022.
She shares both of those children with Tristan, 31.
FERTILITY STRUGGLES
Khloe shared the news that she had brought on a surrogate to carry her son, as well as his birth, on The Kardashians.
A source previously told Heat Magazine that Khloe used a surrogate for “medical reasons.”

The insider said: “There were medical reasons that factored into her decision to use a surrogate, but not putting such a strain on her body was a huge motivation.
“Kim and Khloe know their bodies are their meal ticket, they made a pact at the start of the year that they’d go all out to get into the best possible shape and they’ve thrown themselves into the project.”
The insider added: “It’s getting quite competitive between them – they’re both in the gym constantly and are spending thousands every month on their looks. They live to see jaws dropping with envy, admiration and confusion.”
Others speculate that it was less about vanity and more about avoiding the difficulty of going through IVF again.
Khloe underwent several rounds of IVF to get pregnant with her daughter True, with three of them failing.
She was also forced to abandon the eggs that she froze because they weren’t strong enough to survive the defrosting process.
The star addressed her struggles to conceive on the Lady Parts podcast, saying: “I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what he was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient.”
BIG REVEAL
Meanwhile, other fans are waiting for another big reveal.
Khloe has yet to announce the name of the son she shares with her NBA player ex.
Some say they have figured out when she’ll announce the baby’s name, however.
One person posed the theory in an online thread: “Do you think Khloe will show her son’s face & reveal his name around his 1st birthday like Kylie?”
Khloe’s younger sibling, 25, shocked fans when she announced her son’s name and shared photos of his face just days prior to his first birthday.
Many agreed that the Good American founder might wait until her son is older before showing him off to fans.
“Yes. they all show their kids faces’ eventually. Khloe is not keeping her son hidden for the rest of his life. It’s likely she just wants to enjoy as much of his first year in private before posting him like that,” someone suggested.
“I just can’t believe she has True keeping the baby’s name a secret too,” another commented, referencing Khloe’s four-year-old daughter.
“If they showed the kids and the names when they’re born I don’t think people care more or less when they tell people later,” a third theorized.
