‘He uses abstract English!’ Kelly Brook admits she now ‘loves’ the language barrier between herself and husband Jeremy Parisi after initially disliking it
Kelly Brook has admitted she she now ‘loves’ the language barrier between herself and husband Jeremy Parisi.
The British radio host, 42, is married to the hunky European model, 37, who she explained ‘uses abstract English,’ while being fluent in French and Italian.
Kelly confessed that when they first began dating, she initially disliked that they don’t speak the same language, but now finds it ‘quite comical’.
The former glamour model – who married her husband Jeremy in his native Italy in July 2022 – detailed how he ‘puts weird words with weird things.’
Kelly also revealed that he picks up the flamboyant language which she uses, and never knows what Jeremy’s going to say next, adding: ‘it’s so funny!’.

Kelly told The Sun: ‘We’re a pretty traditional, normal couple. The only unconventional thing about us is the language barrier. English is his third language after French and Italian, so he uses abstract English.
‘It’s always quite comical. It’s mad… I didn’t like that we didn’t speak the same language but I now love it. I find him hilarious. He puts weird words with weird things.
‘For someone who works in communications, who spends their life talking for a living, I don’t ever hear anyone talk the way he talks. I never know what’s going to come out of his mouth next.’
Kelly previously told The Sun how her relationship with Jeremy changed after they tied the knot.
She said: ‘We have been together for a long time but being married changed things. For us, we definitely think more as a couple when it comes to the future and everything.
‘Everything has blended together more. We are now in it for the long haul. Not that I wasn’t before but it feels more, ”Oh we are really doing this now”.’
Opening up about her romance with her ‘best friend and soulmate’, Kelly previously told The Mirror : ‘I’ve found someone who can keep up with me and the lifestyle that I love.
‘It’s the combination of having a very exciting life but also having moments where it’s nice to stay home, watch Netflix and walk the dog. It’s getting that balance.’

Kelly embarked on a relationship with the hunky Italian model in 2014 after watching one of his Instagram videos, and friends claim she’s ‘happier than ever’ following the understated engagement.
The model – a lads’ mag favourite in the nineties – has been engaged before to actors Jason Statham and Billy Zane, rugby player Thom Evans and Gladiator David McIntosh.
She also dated rugby lothario Danny Cipriani periodically between 2008 and 2010.
