Emira D’Spain is probably used to making history. But now, she’s making Bravo history.

The content creator/model, who was introduced to the Bravo universe in the premiere episode of Next Gen NYC, is the first full-time transgender cast member to nab a spot on any of the network’s shows. Not only does she have a massive following on TikTok (where she posts “Get Ready With Me” videos), but she’s also modeled for some of the most sought-after brands. As if that’s not enough, she even made a cameo in a long-awaited sequel film earlier this year (you’ll just have to keep reading to find out which one).

So, who is Next Gen NYC star Emira D’Spain? And who is she dating? Keep reading for everything we know.

Who is Next Gen NYC star Emira D’Spain?

Emira D’Spain is a 28-year-old model/content creator. After attending New York University, where she met her co-star Brooks Marks, she worked as Paper magazine’s beauty director. D’Spain became a household name when she became the first Black transgender woman to model for Victoria’s Secret — and, as we mentioned before, she also happens to be Bravo’s first full-time transgender cast member. D’Spain has since modeled for major brands like Fenty Beauty, UGG, and Anastasia Beverly Hills. She even appeared as an extra in Another Simple Favor starring Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick!

Those who don’t know D’Spain from her modeling likely know her as a content creator with a major TikTok presence. At this point in time, D’Spain has a whopping 1.3 million followers on the platform — and counting!

Who is Emira D’Spain dating?

D’Spain’s social media accounts don’t give away too much about her personal life, though she did open up about her boyfriend Kevin in the second episode of Next Gen NYC. According to D’Spain, she met Kevin on Hinge and he’s the “first serious, serious relationship” she’s ever had. D’Spain said Kevin works in finance and described him as “calm and grounded.” While the duo seemed very much so in love on their mini golf date, it’s unclear if they are still together today.

How to watch Next Gen NYC:

Next Gen NYC airs on Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
