The Hollyoaks star, 38, flaunted her toned legs as she slipped into a shimmery pink mini skirt teamed with sandal heels.
She completed the glamorous ensemble with a white top and layered a long black coat on her shoulders.
The former Coronation Street actress carried a black shoulder bag and wore dainty pendants.
Nikki sported a natural make up look as she was captured leaving The Ivy restaurant hand in hand with Emmerdale star Anthony.

The actress was a vision as she styled her long chocolate tresses curled with a side parting while strutting to the car.
Antony, 38, kept it comfortable with black t-shirt and layered a shirt on it, teamed with black trousers and beige trainers.
The couple appeared in great spirits as they were all smiles to the camera while enjoying a night out in Manchester.
The actress is best known for starring as Maxine Minniver in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks.
It comes after Nikki took to Instagram to share a gushing Valentine’s Day tribute to her boyfriend Anthony Quinlan along with a video documenting their romance.

Nikki and Anthony made their relationship Instagram official in April last year when she shared a gushing birthday tribute.
The couple, who were first reported to be dating in 2021, beamed as they cosied up in the snap while out for a meal to mark the special occasion.

The pair became romantically involved after years of friendship and Anthony confirmed their relationship.
The couple have kept the relationship private until now, but Anthony admitted he has always ‘fancied’ her but doesn’t like people ‘prying’ on their love life.
Anthony told The Sun: ‘I slid into the DMs and that was it. I was lucky enough to get a date and the rest is history.’
Speaking about new girlfriend Nikki – who plays Maxine Minniver in Hollyoaks – he said: ‘All I can say is I’m really, really happy and she’s a very special girl. She’s lovely.
He went on to discuss why they have kept the relationship out of the spotlight, saying: ‘I’m happy that it is what it is and we haven’t got everyone prying.’
Anthony played Gilly Roach in Hollyoaks for six years until 2011. He later joined Emmerdale two years later before leaving after 716 episodes as Pete Barton.
