Stefon Diggs has officially been identified as the father of Aileen Lopera’s daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.

The NFL star, who is in a relationship with Cardi B, received the results from a court-ordered paternity test, finally putting an end to the prolonged dispute between him and Lopera.

“Paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is indeed the father of the child,” stated Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, in a statement to Page Six.

“With paternity now established and Mr. Diggs acknowledging his daughter, my client hopes they can focus on being wonderful parents,” added Arminak.

Although paternity has been settled, the case remains open. Arminak mentioned that it will continue if the parties fail to reach a resolution on their own.

Lopera, a Fashion Nova ambassador, filed a paternity suit against the New England Patriots wide receiver in December 2024. In her filing, she sought legal and physical custody of the baby, requesting Diggs receive visitation rights only. She also asked that he cover her pregnancy and birth-related costs along with her attorney’s fees.

Three months later, Diggs requested a genetic test, stating he was “not certain” of the paternity. He also asked for joint legal and physical custody if the test confirmed he was the father, in addition to splitting all expenses and legal fees.

Now, Diggs is preparing to welcome another child—his first with Cardi B.

The rapper revealed the news during a September appearance on CBS Mornings, telling Gayle King, “I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs. I’m excited. I’m happy. I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work, but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”

Cardi, 33, already shares Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 1, with her estranged husband, Offset.

Diggs is also father to Nova, 9, from a previous relationship with ex Tyler-Marie.
