Paula will be performing her classic hit Straight Up at tomorrow’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Speaking of her appearance on Today, Paula said she had been dreaming of being in the parade since she was a little girl.
‘Since I was a little girl, I’d beg my parents, “I want to be on a float! I want to be on a float! I want to be on a balloon!”… this is a childhood bucket list for me,’ she said.

‘Just last night I was on the street, blocking what we’re going to be doing as a performance, and it was just so exciting just being there and doing that. I can’t imagine what it’s going to feel like being on the float,’ she said.
Paula can be spotted on Jennie-O’s Big Turkey Spectacular float during the yearly star-studded celebration.
She took to social media on Tuesday to encourage her fans to tune in for the special.
