Phillip Schofield’s replacement for British Soap Awards revealed following his ITV axe
Phillip Schofield’s replacement for the British Soap Awards has finally been revealed after he quit ITV.
Jane McDonald will fill the fallen This Morning presenter’s shoes.
Operatic singer and cruise ship favourite Jane, 60, will be stepping in to host the awards on Saturday.
Jane is a household name for presenting Channel 5 series Cruising With Jane and she has also appeared on Loose Women several times.
She is a particularly low-key choice as ITV bosses no doubt want to make the replacement as seamless as possible,
