Sundays are fun days with the Leonard family. Tasha Cobbs Leonard and her husband, Kenneth Leonard, had quite the adventure at their church, The Purpose Place, with their kids. The celebrity parents shared candids from their day out with their kids on Sunday (Feb. 5).
“Sunday! Family! Love,” Tasha exclaimed. The recording artist also shared pictures that featured her and Kenneth’s son and daughter. “How is he growing like this,” Darwin Hobbs asked of Tasha and Kenneth’s son, Asher. “Y’all are so dope,” another fan said.
Asher is Tasha and Kenneth’s son by adoption. The celebrity parents introduced their little one to the world last March.
“Asher means happy. His middle name means chosen by God and he literally lives up to his name,” Tasha told PEOPLE magazine. “He wakes up laughing,” the artist said of her little one. “He’s laughing all day unless he’s asleep. He loves to play,” Leonard shared.
Kenneth and Tasha decided to adopt a child after struggling with infertility. “We were trying to kind of figure out which ways would make it work and throughout going throughout it, all of those ways ended up not working for us. And our faith was tested,” Kenneth told the press.
“One of the things that I’m really happy for is that at the end of that process, our hearts were still open to God doing this, how he chose to do it,” the celebrity father shared. “It really strengthened our faith, looking back, God really kept his promise to us.”

Asher is the youngest of Tasha and Kenneth’s four children. Kenneth has three older children from previous relations.
“They were crying,” Tasha and Kenneth said of the older kids adjusting to Asher joining the family. “The kids were talking about what they were going to do,” the couple shared.
“Tiffany, our youngest daughter. She was like, ‘I’m going to change diapers.’ And the oldest says, ‘He’s sleeping with me.’ And they have literally been that excited since that day, until now,” Tasha revealed. “It has never been an issue with Asher fitting into the family.”
Asher has fit into the family and captivated the hearts of Tasha’s supporters since his grand introduction last year.
“That’s mama’s boy,” one fan said after viewing pictures of Tasha and the family on Sunday. “Love is everything.”
