In my studio apartment, the table I have in my living room is not only my dining table but also my work desk five days a week. While I try to keep it only minimally cluttered so that I can clear it off easily for meals, there’s one new addition to my do-it-all table that I can’t stop talking about: my Sonix MagLink Wireless Charger.
This little charger is sleek enough to pass for decor and hardly takes up any room on my table while it quickly charges my phone. I have an iPhone 14 Pro, but this wireless charger works with any device that contains MagSafe technology or is compatible with magnetic charging.
Sonix MagLink Wireless Charger in Pearl Tort, $30
I love being able to place my phone down on the magnetic pad that rests on my table instead of crawling underneath it to grab my cord and plug my phone in — I don’t know why, but it’s just incredibly satisfying. The charger is self-aligning, too, so you don’t have to be too precious about how you put your phone on it.
Plus, it comes with a 6.5-foot cord, so you don’t have to put it directly next to an outlet; you have a little wiggle room. And don’t sweat it if you have a case on your phone. This charger “charges directly through protective cases up to 2 millimeters thick.”
Sonix MagLink Wireless Charger in Brown Tort, $30
Sonix MagLink Wireless Charger in Marble Tort, $30
You can shop this charger in 14 colors on Sonix’s website (I have the Pearl Tort charger shown above) and a few on Amazon if you’re a loyal Prime user.
The only thing I didn’t love when opening the charger was that it didn’t come with an adapter. If you don’t have an extra one lying around at home, you can buy one separately here.
If your phone dies frequently during the day, trust me, this efficient (and cute!) charger will be the best $30 purchase you make this week.
