Hulu‘s star-studded hit Only Murders in the Building wrapped up its third season this morning, with the reveal of who really killed Ben Glenroy (Paul Rudd). Mabel (Selena Gomez), Charles (Steve Martin), and Oliver (Martin Short) put their podcasting heads together and finally cracked the case in the Season 3 finale. Now the big mystery hounding OMITB fans? Will the besties be back for more Only Murders in the Building? Is Hulu making an Only Murders in the Building Season 4? Or is this the end of the popular series?

Only Murders in the Building follows the unlikely friendship that builds between aging TV star Charles-Haden Savage, flamboyant theater director Oliver Putnam, and sardonic millennial Mabel Mora when the three decided to launch a true crime podcast about a murder in their luxe UWS building. After solving the murder of who killed Tim Kono (Julian Cihi) in Season 1, the trio went on to exonerate Mabel for the murder of neighbor Bunny (Jayne Houdyshell) in Season 2. In Only Murders in the Building Season 3, the gang has to figure out who killed movie star Ben Glenroy on the opening night of Oliver’s new show.

Will There Be an Only Murders In the Building Season 4 on Hulu?

We don’t know if there will be an Only Murders in the Building Season 4 on Hulu yet!

As of publication time, we still don’t know for sure if Hulu is renewing Only Murders in the Building for a fourth season. The show’s third season was announced partway through the second season, but Hulu has yet to make an announcement on Season 4. It’s possible that the recently wrapped WGA strike and ongoing SAG-AFTRA strikes have prevented a deal going forward.

When Will Only Murders in the Building Season 4 Premiere on Hulu?

Assuming that the AMPTP offers SAG-AFTRA a fair deal soon, which would conclude the strike, and Hulu orders a fourth season, the earliest we could expect Only Murders in the Building Season 4 would be Autumn 2024. Only Murders in the Building usually shoots in New York City during the winter and spring for a summer or fall debut.
