Meghan Baker was one of the 32 beautiful women who were vying for attention from farmers in Farmer Wants A Wife. She made quite a splash when she cracked under the pressure of being on a reality series. She is one of Hunter Grayson’s five potential partners.

Meghan couldn’t contain her enthusiasm when she discovered the rural reality series’ casting call on social media. “I thought, this is right up my alley. I’m looking for a farmer,” the Farmer Wants a Wife recently told Fox 24. “I’m a farm girl. I grew up on a cattle ranch with my family back home in Tennessee. This was very comfortable for me.”

Meghan said to the site that she was uncomfortable with the reality television part of the dating competition despite her initial excitement about finding a farmer to spend the rest of her life with. “It was uncomfortable at times with 32 different women competing for the same man because we were all fighting for his attention,” Meghan explained to Fox 24. “It really does bring the ‘real’ into the reality part.”

Also, Meghan expressed her worries to Hunter on the March 15 show. She takes the 31-year-old cattle and horse rancher aside and says that the program is “staged in a way” and that she can’t compete with the outgoing personalities of the other women.

“I don’t think I can do the reality TV part of it,” Meghan admits. “I gotta go home.” Meghan’s decision to follow through on her remark is not shown in the program. And judging by Meghan’s Instagram post after the episode, she probably intends to stay. “Well last night was ‘like’ a roller coaster,” the reality star wrote in her caption. “Do we think I should stay and try and find love with @huntergraysonmusic?”

Meghan undoubtedly wouldn’t have published a message asking her followers for their opinions if she had already made the decision to depart. Only time will tell, though.
