2 Busted For Promoting Prostitution 

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man and a woman on Sunday and charged them with prostitution charges. 

Arrested were 44-year-old Ronald E. Wheatly and 29-year-old Kaylee Ashtin Maynard.  

Wheatly was charged with promoting prostitution and engaging in prostitution. This was Wheatly’s 11th trip to the Scioto County Jail. His previous arrests include probation violation, failure to appear, petty theft, permitting drug abuse, and possession of meth.  

Maynard is charged with promoting prostitution. This is her 4th trip to the jail. Previous arrests include failure to appear and drug possession.
