5 Fast Facts About About Portsmouth Child Shooting Suspect

23-year-old suspect Antonio Blake Milar, arrested for murder, was discovered in an abandoned burned-out building on 6th Street, Portsmouth. This is not the first time Milar has faced charges related to crimes against children, having previously been booked on charges including corruption of a minor, assault, and unlawful sexual contact with a minor.

Despite being on parole following a conviction for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in 2019, Milar has violated parole twice since his release. On top of that, records indicate that he was released from jail two weeks before the fatal shooting, following his arrest on a probation department warrant.
