Augusta Authorities Arrest Trio Linked to Car Break-Ins: Firearm and Tools Recovered

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Late Friday night, around 11:00 p.m., officers from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of multiple car break-ins on the 1600 block of Goshen Road.

Upon reviewing nearby surveillance footage, deputies observed several suspects attempting to gain entry into parked vehicles.

Acting swiftly, additional deputies canvassed the area and came across a gray Hyundai Elantra parked in a suspicious manner nearby.
