CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. — Authorities have successfully found the woman they were searching for, according to an announcement by the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office.
In a message shared on their Facebook page, the office confirmed that 22-year-old Daniella Coleman from Urbana Township has been located.
Earlier, the Sheriff’s Office had reached out to the public for assistance in their efforts to find Coleman, who has a medical condition and was considered missing.
On Friday evening, a press release from the Sheriff’s Office described Coleman as a Black female, standing around 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 135 pounds, as they sought the community’s help in ensuring her safe return.
She was last seen around 11:45 p.m. Thursday night in the Edgewood Subdivision area of East Urbana. Coleman also has a medical condition that requires medication and regular monitoring.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office’s Investigation Division at 217-384-1204 or call METCAD at 217-333-8911.
“Even the smallest detail could help move this case forward,” the Sheriff’s Office said in its news release.
