Child Calls Police – Says Man Choked Baby

A 10-year-old child called the police to report a frightening domestic violence situation just before 2 am on Sunday. 

The child said a man hit her aunt and also choked a baby in a 14th Street home. 

Officers responded to the scene and took Cody Gonzales into custody for domestic violence.

Police also contacted CPS, who sent a worker to the scene within half an hour.

Per the court, Gonzales was released without bail the next day.
