URBANA, Ill. (WCIA) — Early voting is underway in Urbana for the city’s primary consolidated election.

Voting started at the Brookens Administrative Center on Jan. 16 and will last a month until Feb. 14. Another early voting location at the Illini Union will open Feb. 17, seven days before the primary.

Both early voting locations will operate on the following hours:

Any voter registered in Urbana can vote at either location during the early voting period. In addition, Grace Period Registration stats Jan. 29, meaning that any voter or person eligible to vote can update their registration or register to vote and then vote on the same trip.

On Election Day, the following polling locations will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.:

Ballot drop boxes will also be available at the Brookens, the Illini Union and the Urbana Free Library and voting my mail is also an option. Ballots for the latter can be requested on the Champaign County Clerk’s website.
