SAVANNAH, Ga. () — Recently, the cast of ‘The Breakfast Club’ appeared together for the first time since the movie was released 1985. Molly Ringwald, Judd Nelson, Ally Sheedy, Emilio Estevez, and Anthony Michael Hall gathered at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo.
The group reminisced about memories from the film’s set, discussed the film’s legacy and recalled what it was like working with director John Hughes, the legendary director who died in 2009.
The film’s executive producer, Andrew Meyer, a SCAD professor of film and television, is ready to celebrate the film’s 40th anniversary too. He will talk about his memories and experiences with the film at a special screening May 2 at the Trustees Theater in Savannah.
