Amanda Jenkins, 31, had managed to stay out of jail for five years before she was arrested for the ninth time.

According to the police report, Jenkins was in an altercation with her brother at an apartment on 16th Street. The brother stated Jenkins punched him in the face several times.

For an unknown reason, Jenkins then turned on the neighbors and offered to adjust their attitudes as well.

The court released Jenkins after she was charged with domestic violence.
