Three Repeat Offenders Busted In Vacant House 

Police responded to a report of multiple individuals going into a vacant house on 8th Street just before 3 pm.  

When officers arrived on the scene, they took three individuals into custody for criminal trespass. Arrested were 52-year-old Gary Musser, 41-year-old Buddy Bennett, and 49-year-old Herbert Evans. 

Musser was also charged with probation violation. This was his 16th trip to the Scioto County Jail. Previous charges include driving under suspension, DUI, domestic violence, multiple probation violation, possession of meth, felonious assault, and illegally manufacturing drugs,  

Evans has been at the jail 20 times. His most recent arrest was in January for criminal trespass. Previous arrests include theft, multiple probation violations, possession of meth, possession of heroin, criminal damaging, and burglary. 

Bennet was also charged with criminal damaging. This was his 4th arrest. Previous charges include probation violation and disorderly conduct. 

All three men were booked and released.
