VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – Authorities from the Volusia Sheriff’s Office are seeking assistance in locating a man who vanished earlier this year near a behavioral health clinic.

Billy Justin Rice, 38, was last seen on July 26 departing from the vicinity of SMA Healthcare, according to a statement released by deputies.

The statement also noted that Rice had maintained communication with his family, but there has been no contact from him since July.

Individuals with any information regarding his location are encouraged to reach out to detectives via email at SSalinas@volusiasheriff.gov.
