None of the cast of “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” have as yet officially been reported as returning for Season 2, which is frustrating, considering how we know that filming has begun. All that means, though, is that the studio hasn’t announced the cast. Whoever is going to be a part of it already is a part of it. With that in mind, we can expect most of the original cast to return, provided that the story intends to continue where Season 1 left off.

That means that viewers should anticipate Morfydd Clark, Charlie Vickers, Robert Aramayo, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Markella Kavenagh, Benjamin Walker, Daniel Weyman, Owain Arthur, Sophia Nomvete, and many, many more. There is, of course, a strong possibility for more characters to be added to the mix. As shared by Time, at the very least, an elf named Círdan will be joining the ensemble. Hopefully, “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” will tend to its first batch of stories before branching into too much unknown.
