Chick-Fil-A announced that the company will implement a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion code. While many have expressed their surprise that Chick-Fil-A is embracing a radically left-wing agenda, it’s not Chick-Fil-A’s first time coming out of the woke closet. A 2020 video shows Chick-Fil-A CEO Dan Cathy calling for white people to feel shame. These factors have led many to call for a Chick-Fil-A boycott.
Chick-Fil-A’s new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion code reads similarly to Hillary Clinton’s “Stronger Together” slogan. “Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s commitment to being Better at Together means embedding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in everything we do,” the code states.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Code then goes into detail about how Chick-Fil-A will be partnering with organizations Women’s Foodservice Forum, National Black MBA Association, and Association of Latino Professionals of America, to ensure future Chick-Fil-A employees are hired based on their race and sex, not skills.
Chick-Fil-A also pledged to hire their corporate staff based on a “Diversity Recruitment Program team strives to attract talent that reflects the communities we serve, by partnering with organizations that provide access to a range of diverse talent including the National Black MBA Association, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and the Women’s Foodservice Forum.”
Chick-Fil-A also says their company will focus on staffing woke community groups that focus on sex, race, and climate change, like Women in Business (WIB), Black Employee Resource Group (BERG), Young Professionals, and the Chick-fil-A Green Team.
This is not Chick-Fil-A’s woke coming out party. In 2020, Chick-Fil-A CEO Dan Cathy called on white people to shine black people’s shoes to atone for “white racism.” The video becomes incredibly creepy as Cathy bows to a random black man and begins to shine shoes and talk about how awful white people are. Cathy then gets up and starts hugging the man. The black man in the video tries his best not to look creeped out at Mr. Cathy’s actions.
Chick-fil-A has been woke since 2020. Fried food is awful for you too. All these factors sound like the perfect reason to boycott.

Stew Peters commented on Chick-Fil-A’s embrace of radical wokeism, tweeting, “Chick-Fil-A CEO Dan Cathy says ALL whites should get on their knees and shine black peoples’ shoes with ‘a sense of shame, a sense of embarrassment’.”

These factors have led many to call for a boycott of the fast food company.
