There’s positive news with President-elect Donald Trump taking office shortly, and now there’s good news for our neighbors to the north as well, with Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau saying he will be resigning.
Over the holidays, I’ve also had a chance to reflect and have had long talks with my family about our future. Throughout the course of my career, any success I have personally achieved has been because of their support and with their encouragement. So last night over dinner, I told my kids about the decision that I’m sharing with you today. I intend to resign as party leader, as prime minister, after the party selects its next leader through a robust, nationwide, competitive process.
Translation: He was finally forced to face a little reality, with people in his own party speaking out against him and the country moving to the right after they’ve seen how horrible he and the liberals have been on everything.
As we reported, Elon Musk had a few things to say when Trudeau responded about not becoming the “51st state” in response to a jibe from Trump.
Girl, you’re not the governor of Canada anymore, so doesn’t matter what you say
