The lawsuit claims that the DOJ and FBI violated their constitutional rights through politically motivated prosecutions related to the events of January 6, 2021. Tarrio, who was pardoned by President Donald Trump earlier this year, asserts that the legal action is a stand against “egregious and systemic abuse of the legal system” to oppress political allies.
