Patrol officers were eventually called to the scene, where the woman was ‘severely injured’ from the initial assault, according to the LAPD.

Fire and paramedics crews eventually responded to take care of the victim, who was sent to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

She eventually woke up but could not recall what had happened to her or the assault because of a head injury.
